Healing Touch Counseling & Wellness, LLC is dedicated to advancing the well-being of individuals, couples and families. Healing Touch Counseling & Wellness, LLC respects the rights of those persons seeking assistance and makes reasonable efforts to ensure that our services are used appropriately. We adhere to a strict code of ethics. 

The time of Professional Sessions will be determined by Healing Touch Counseling &Wellness, LLC and CLIENT based on a mutually agreed upon time. CLIENT is responsible to be on time for the scheduled session.

Healing Touch Counseling & Wellness, LLC is diligent about setting appointments that are convenient to the client and in alignment with best professional practice. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for the client. Healing Touch Counseling & Wellness, LLC requires a full 24-hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. If CLIENT does not attend or choose to reschedule session without providing 24-hour advance notice, session will not be rescheduled.

Information disclosed in a session is confidential and may not be disclosed to anyone without written permission from the CLIENT. However, the law requires exceptions to client confidentiality: where there is suspicion or evidence of child or elder abuse, where there is reasonable suspicion that the client presents danger to self or others, or by court order.

Healing Touch Counseling & Wellness, LLC makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with the respect to Professional Services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall Healing Touch Counseling & Wellness, LLC be liable to CLIENT for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
